Simon founded Medilink International in 1988 after having been involved in the Health and Safety sector for many years, as a means of further enhancing his vision of offering protection and safety solutions for the corporate market.

Through Simon’s leadership and vision, Medilink International has become the clear leader in medical support services in Northern Africa.  In 2009, the company embarked on an ambitious challenge to expand its operations throughout Africa, the Middle East and the rest of the world.  Being a true believer of quality before quantity, Simon personally oversees the overall expansion strategy, product development and quality assurance. He has been at the helm of the company as CEO ever since the company’s inception, acting as an inspiration for his managerial team and always leading with passion and vision, believing that human resources are the strength of any organisation.

Simon is always on the lookout for new challenges both in his business and personal life.  In 2009, Simon joined a team of 17 Maltese cyclists to raise money for the Renal Unit of the national hospital in Malta.  The cyclists successfully completed one of the most gruelling sporting events in Europe, which pitted them against the elements in a ten-day, 2,000 km journey from Istanbul to Damascus.
