New outpatient clinic

The Medilink International Clinic in Tripoli has recently enhanced the services offered to patients by providing more in house outpatient services. Dr Mustafa Nuwara, Consultant Radiologist, Dr Idris El Gaid, Consultant Paediatrician, and Mr Physiotherapist have recently joined the Medilink Team in Tripoli and are holding weekly outpatient clinics.
Dr Mustafa is a Consultant Radiologist, graduated from Germany. He runs our diagnostic imaging service at the Clinic which includes X-Ray and Ultrasonography. Patients are referred to Dr Mustafa by our GPs when his specialist opinion is required in the diagnosis of particular conditions. Apart from regular clinic hours, Dr Mustafa also provides his services to our patients on a 24 hours basis in case of emergencies.
Dr Idris has 10 years’ experience working as a Paediatrician in hospitals in the UK and runs our Paediatric services. Our patients are allowed to self refer to Dr Idris.
This month, Dr Raeda Bshen will also join the team. Her addition to our Clinic will go a long way in facilitating the provision of medical services to our female patients. Dr Raeda will be providing services for routine treatment, ante-natal services as well as Well Woman services.
The addition of more in house, specialist services at the Medilink Clinic is in line with the company’s philosophy of facilitating access to high quality healthcare for patients. Medilink patients can now access the services of these specialists without the need for referral to other clinics. Our appointment system also ensures that patients do not have to spend long waiting times for their consultation.
This also guarantees continuity of care between the Specialists and the Medilink GPs for follow up and access to medical records. They provide valuable back up in critical medical areas.
