How we work
Our Tripoli Clinic is our clients’ first point of contact with Medilink. From here, we provide for daily healthcare and medical needs with services ranging from general practitioner surgeries, family healthcare and outpatients’ clinics to ‘round-the-clock’ accident and emergency (A&E) assistance. For our members’ comfort and convenience in accessing the right medical staff in a timely manner, we operate an appointment system for all services except the A&E alarm.
Our Tripoli Clinic works alongside the local, private hospital sector complementing its role as a provider of surgical, acute or long-term care medical services. We operate a referral system to third-party medical providers and can mobilise an evacuation service to regional or overseas’ medical establishments should the need arise.
