Maria joined the company in 1996, after having worked in international operations in the health food industry, operating from the United Kingdom.  As general manager she is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company with overall co-ordination of the various departments and international operations.

A graduate in sciences with specialisation in geophysical exploration, Maria has been highly instrumental in building the core competence of the company in its various specialised fields. 

Maria is currently responsible for co-ordinating new projects and operations, developing procedural processes, staff training and development.  Maria is a strong believer in investing in staff development and oversees staff allocation to handle the international expansion of the group.
