The aim of the meeting is to get acquainted and to open the members Medical Records file. Members are encouraged to transfer their past medical records to the Doctor for the sake of continuity. Each time a patient is treated the doctor will update the patient's medical records by detailing all symptoms, diagnosis, treatment given and medication. In the case of visitors to Libya, all medical records following treatment in Libya will be passed on to the patient for forwarding to his doctor in his home country.
